Manager zorg & rapportage, NIFP – Psychiater/Psycholoog

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Lead psychiatrists within the organization.

• Assume ultimate responsibility for the mediation of pro Justitia reports, forensic care indications, and psychiatric services for individuals in prisons and detention facilities.

• Oversee the quality of reports and indications to ensure adherence to professional standards.

• Initiate enhancements in collaboration with management partners.

• Serve as a subject-matter expert and consultant for psychiatrists, psychologists, lawyers, and forensic care coordinators.

• Foster an environment of reflection, peer consultation, and professional development.

• Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and training sessions.

• Create a learning-focused service that encourages ongoing professional growth and the sharing of complex issues.

• Hold policy accountability for Forensic Care Indication (IFZ).

• Strategically represent NIFP to chain partners, which include the Public Prosecution Service, judiciary, prison services, mental health institutions, and probation organizations.

• Share overall responsibility for the service in conjunction with the Manager of Operations & General Affairs.

• Enhance work processes, contribute strategically, and support innovation within NIFP.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualified psychiatrist or clinical psychologist with relevant experience.

• BIG-registered psychiatrist or clinical psychologist with a valid NRGD registration.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the PJ reporting process, care protocol, and/or forensic care indication process.

• Proven experience in testing and ensuring quality within complex, multidisciplinary frameworks.

• Capability to translate strategic decisions into practical work processes, quality standards, and specific improvement initiatives.

• Demonstrate the necessary work and intellectual competence; if not evidenced by a diploma, this may be evaluated through a capacity assessment.

• Submission of a motivation letter is required.

• A VOG may be necessary upon a successful selection outcome.
