This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a team that focuses on CNIC workforce management, organizational transformation, training, strategic communications, and Real Property initiatives.
• Provide daily leadership to the team, ensuring task execution, high-quality deliverables, stakeholder coordination, and fulfillment of assigned contract obligations.
• Convert Government priorities into practical work plans; coordinate personnel and resources; track progress; identify risks; and guarantee timely, high-quality outputs.
• Guide, mentor, and enhance the skills of consultants and subject matter experts.
• Allocate tasks, set priorities, manage team workloads, and evaluate performance.
• Review deliverables to identify gaps in staffing, resources, and capabilities.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training, and professional development efforts.
• Act as the primary liaison for CNIC Government stakeholders.
• Facilitate working groups, status meetings, and stakeholder interactions.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, risks, and performance; provide updates and recommendations.
• Conduct workforce assessments, realignments, organizational design, and improvement strategies.
• Analyze processes and suggest enhancements for organizational effectiveness and mission performance.
• Create training programs, curricula, job aids, playbooks, knowledge-management products, communications, implementation plans, executive briefings, memoranda, and taskers.
• Support initiatives for organizational change and the adoption of new policies, processes, and systems.
• Direct Real Property accountability, audit readiness, internal controls, facility-related initiatives, assessments, documentation, process reviews, corrective actions, and lifecycle management activities.
• Develop performance metrics and management dashboards; prepare executive-level reports, briefings, analyses, and recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 10 years of experience supporting DoD, DON, Federal Government, or similarly complex organizations.
• At least 3 years of experience leading teams, programs, or organizational initiatives.
• Proven experience in managing personnel, priorities, workloads, and deliverables.
• Background in workforce development, organizational management, change management, strategic planning, or process improvement.
• Experience in developing policies, SOPs, guidance, training, or strategic communications.
• Direct experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Active Secret clearance or higher.
• Experience with Navy, CNIC, NAVFAC, DLA, or broader DoD operations.
• Familiarity with Navy Real Property, facilities, or asset accountability.
• Knowledge of Real Property audit readiness and internal controls.
• Experience in workforce planning or organizational realignment.
• Background in enterprise training and workforce development.
• Experience with POM/resource planning.
• Knowledge of change management or organizational transformation.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
• Master’s degree or relevant professional certification.
