This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +1 more state.
• Foster and uphold a robust safety culture.
• Ensure that all operations comply with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Oversee recruitment, training, retention, and necessary terminations.
• Deliver hands-on leadership and supervision of training and employee development initiatives.
• Maximize equipment utilization and allocation.
• Manage inventory effectively to reduce downtime.
• Suggest equipment purchases as required.
• Enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
• Prepare precise bids for upcoming projects.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with customers.
• Establish and sustain customer relationships through proactive communication and service delivery.
• Create and oversee annual sales and operational budgets with detailed monthly projections.
• Engage in regular team meetings and strategic planning sessions.
• Balance immediate daily and weekly objectives with long-term strategic goals.
• Inspire and lead teams.
• Collaborate across departments and divisions to contribute to the company's overall success.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Vegetation Management.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Strong dedication to workplace safety.
• Capability to promote a safety-first culture at all team levels.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Commitment to integrity, initiative, and superior customer service.
• Self-motivated individual with a positive mindset and readiness to exceed expectations.
• Demonstrated experience in operational management, leading teams of 75 or more.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of industry tools such as telematics, satellite imagery, GPS coordination, file sharing, and scheduling software.
• Valid and clean driver's license.
• VT pesticide license.
• NH pesticide license.
• ISA certification.
• ISA TRAQ certification.
• Certified Tree Safety Professional (CTSP) certification.
• Willingness and capability to obtain necessary certifications if not already possessed.
