This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +1 more state.
• Foster and uphold a robust safety culture, ensuring that operations comply with safety regulations and best practices.
• Recruit, train, retain, and handle terminations when necessary to cultivate a skilled, safe, and efficient workforce.
• Deliver hands-on leadership and supervision for training and employee development initiatives.
• Enhance equipment utilization and allocation, manage inventories, reduce downtime, and suggest equipment purchases.
• Propel operational efficiency and profitability.
• Prepare precise bids for upcoming projects and establish strong partnerships with customers.
• Build and sustain customer relationships through proactive communication and quality service delivery.
• Develop and oversee annual sales and operational budgets with detailed monthly breakdowns.
• Engage in regular team meetings and strategic planning sessions.
• Balance immediate daily and weekly objectives with long-term strategic goals.
• Inspire and lead teams while collaborating cross-functionally with various departments and divisions.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Vegetation Management.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or management position.
• Strong dedication to workplace safety and the ability to nurture a safety-first culture.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Integrity, initiative, and a strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a readiness to exceed expectations.
• Proven track record in operational management, leading teams of 75 or more individuals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with industry tools such as telematics, satellite imagery, GPS coordination, file sharing, and scheduling software.
• Possession of a clean and valid driver’s license.
• NH & MA pesticide licenses, or the willingness and capability to acquire them if not already possessed.
• Certified Tree Safety Professional (CTSP) certification, or the willingness and capability to obtain it if not already held.
