Manager, Value Chain Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives to extract, analyze, and interpret intricate datasets.

• Provide insights that influence strategic decisions and enhance operational efficiency.

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable data models, automated reporting systems, and interactive dashboards utilizing tools like Power BI.

• Create and execute advanced data extraction methodologies across both cloud-based and on-premises data environments.

• Guarantee data integrity and accuracy through thorough validation and quality control procedures.

• Convert analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.

• Oversee and prioritize incoming data and reporting requests to ensure timely and effective delivery.

• Maintain oversight of operational data assets to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Provide training and support on data literacy, reporting tools, and analytical methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong emphasis on generating business insights.

• At least 5 years of experience in or related to IT, with familiarity in standard processes and troubleshooting.

• Established expertise in advanced data mining and extraction methods, including predictive analytics, data mapping, and integration across various systems.

• Strong command of SQL, capable of writing complex queries across multiple tables and data sources.

• Practical experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehouse platforms.

• Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools for creating dashboards and data visualizations.

• In-depth understanding of statistical analysis and business intelligence concepts, with a proven ability to translate data into strategic insights.

• Experience in building and managing databases, dashboards, and reporting tools that inform business decisions.

• Proven success in leveraging analytics to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and other critical business outcomes.

• Exceptional project management capabilities, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives concurrently.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
