This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Assist in crafting and executing the organization’s strategy for campus recruitment in alignment with workforce planning requirements.
• Oversee the entire recruiting process for intern and new graduate hiring initiatives.
• Establish and nurture relationships with selected colleges, universities, technical institutes, and student organizations.
• Organize career fairs, information sessions, networking events, classroom lectures, and virtual recruitment activities.
• Collaborate with business leaders to pinpoint future hiring needs and cultivate talent pipelines for essential entry-level roles.
• Maintain a calendar for campus recruitment and manage recruiting efforts throughout the academic year.
• Assess recruiting results and propose enhancements to boost the effectiveness of the program.
• Monitor intern performance and identify individuals for transition into full-time roles.
• Oversee the comprehensive internship program experience from recruitment to program completion.
• Assist with intern onboarding, orientation, engagement initiatives, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition leaders, business stakeholders, Human Resources, and university partners.
• Develop sustainable talent pipelines for field, Sales, and Corporate roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Higher Education, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, university recruiting, or relevant HR fields.
• Proven experience in leading internship or rotational programs.
• Familiarity with best practices in campus recruiting and early-career talent development programs.
• Understanding of recruiting technologies and employer branding strategies.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proficient in using Workday or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience presenting to audiences and representing an organization at recruitment events.
• Excellent recruiting and candidate evaluation skills.
• Outstanding presentation, networking, and public speaking capabilities.
• Experience in healthcare, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing sectors is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel, approximately 30% and more during recruitment seasons.
