Manager – Transaction Advisory Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Execute financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions on behalf of private equity clients and corporate acquirers/sellers.

• Strategically plan and oversee due diligence projects while adhering to budget constraints.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the due diligence process.

• Create and/or review Excel data packages.

• Conduct on-site and/or telephonic interviews with C-level executives at target acquisitions.

• Draft due diligence reports and client presentations that include analyses, findings, and recommendations.

• Assess historical financial and operational performance, elucidating business trends and identifying potential risks.

• Develop financial models for mergers, acquisitions, and related transactions.

• Carry out industry research.

• Organize and oversee tasks and project assignments for senior analysts.

• Mentor, train, and supervise junior team members.

• Implement and enhance TAS Best Practices.

• Create proposals that encompass budgets and scopes of work, and present them to prospective clients.

• Recognize and pursue business development opportunities through industry connections and networking.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

• CPA certification is preferred.

• A minimum of 2+ years of additional experience in financial due diligence.

• At least 2+ years of audit experience, ideally with lower middle-market companies.
