Manager – Transaction Advisory Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee engagements with minimal supervision, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and sound financial performance for the firm.

• Spearhead the initial preparation of the Quality of Earnings (QoE) Data Book in collaboration with both international and domestic colleagues.

• Engage in client meetings and site visits with senior management to gather essential information for financial analysis.

• Analyze market trends that influence project cash flow needs and deal valuations.

• Cultivate, mentor, and motivate team members.

• Build and maintain client relationships.

• Collaborate effectively with all tiers of client personnel across diverse industries.

• Contribute innovative ideas and constructive feedback to enhance practice and deliverables.

• Work closely with managing directors and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance.

• Possession of a CPA or CVA certification.

• 4-5 years of experience in public accounting or consulting at a national professional services firm.

• Experience in transaction advisory or a related accounting field.

• Proven experience in managing direct client relationships.

• Strong skills in both quantitative and qualitative analysis.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Competence in professionally handling unexpected challenges and inquiries.
