This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
β’ Take charge of daily compensation programs for a global, remote workforce, encompassing base pay, variable pay, and equity-related procedures.
β’ Collaborate with leadership on offers, promotions, leveling, and compensation decisions.
β’ Develop and sustain job architecture, which includes job IDs, job families, levels, and titles.
β’ Evaluate roles and update pay ranges using market insights, survey submissions, and internal data.
β’ Conduct or assist with compensation cycles, including modeling, manager support, quality assurance, and close-out reporting.
β’ Implement, configure, and provide support for compensation platforms and associated tools.
β’ Offer guidance on global benefit frameworks and collaborate with specialists, brokers, and vendors.
β’ Assist with pay equity, pay transparency, and related compliance initiatives.
β’ Prepare recommendations for pay ranges, cycle results, cost models, and decision materials for People leadership, Finance, and business stakeholders.
β’ Aid Recruiting by providing ranges, leveling guidance, offer competitiveness, and context for exceptions.
β’ Ensure the integrity of job IDs and align the job catalog with hiring requisitions.
β’ Own or collaborate on headcount planning and budgeting for personnel.
β’ Perform scenario analysis regarding hiring pace, workforce composition, location, and leveling.
β’ Support M&A from a People/Total Rewards viewpoint, including due diligence, job/pay mapping, compensation and benefits comparisons, cost/risk assessment, and integration strategy.
β’ Lead and participate in analytical and operational People projects, such as workforce data analysis, process design, program development, integrations, and decision-making support.
β’ Collaborate asynchronously across time zones with colleagues, vendors, and leaders in various countries.
β’ 7+ years of experience in Total Rewards, compensation, or closely related People analytics/operations, including management of compensation programs in a multi-country or globally distributed setting.
β’ Strong expertise in compensation: job architecture, market pricing, range setting, offer support, pay decisions, and cycle execution.
β’ Experience in managing multiple compensation data sets and surveys: submissions, matching, aging, blending sources, and resolving conflicts among vendors, geographies, and internal histories.
β’ Practical experience in implementing and/or serving as the main operator of a compensation platform.
β’ Familiarity with benefit structures across various countries.
β’ Proven collaboration with Recruiting, including real-time data on ranges, leveling, and offers; accuracy of job IDs; and consistent hiring practices.
β’ Capability to manage headcount planning and people budgeting, along with comfort in M&A-style analysis.
β’ Strong analytical skills; proficiency with spreadsheets and people data; ability to construct models and translate analysis into clear recommendations.
β’ Experience working across global locations and time zones.
β’ Sound judgment and discretion regarding sensitive pay, offer, and employee data.
β’ Ability to frequently overlap with West Coast working hours; preference for Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zone bases.
β’ Direct prior M&A experience, hands-on requisition management, experience in high-growth/remote/multi-entity settings, exposure to equity compensation, broader People analytics/workforce planning/HR systems experience, and relevant certification (e.g., CCP or equivalent) are desirable but not mandatory.
