Manager, Title Curative – Home Equity & Origination Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assess client activity reports to ensure effective team operations and client satisfaction.

• Oversee and engage in the daily operations of various service teams.

• Foster and sustain employee morale while facilitating training initiatives.

• Examine Work in Progress reports to verify task completion.

• Address workload challenges across teams and implement efficiency strategies.

• Ensure staff compliance with client time requirements.

• Be accountable for team accuracy, efficiency, timeliness, and task completion.

• Uphold and communicate departmental policies and procedures.

• Hold staff meetings to discuss operational matters.

• Cultivate relationships with clients and vendors.

• Liaise with team members, departments, clients, vendors, and management.

• Analyze departmental profitability and manage costs and fees within company parameters.

• Maintain and authorize department payroll.

• Train, mentor, and assess staff performance.

• Monitor employee time and attendance, conducting counseling sessions with Human Resources as needed.

• Involve in employee recruitment and recommend promotions.

• Review and approve authorized items.

• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Title Curative Operations Team Leader or up to 3 years of experience in real estate, banking, or vendor management.

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• Familiarity with title search and underwriting processes.

• Understanding of real estate title, closing, and underwriting procedures.

• Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient with personal computers and Microsoft software products.

• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

• Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
