This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all contracting activities that support the Technology Solutions Group.
β’ Lead the Technology Solutions Contracting function, ensuring strategic oversight and governance.
β’ Act as the primary contracting partner to the Technology Solutions Leadership team.
β’ Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, which includes negotiation, execution, renewals, and closeout.
β’ Manage the 1099 and vendor contracting pipeline, ensuring timely onboarding and compliance.
β’ Oversee the contract request pipeline along with service-level timelines.
β’ Serve as the escalation point for high-priority contracting requests.
β’ Lead negotiations for Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and vendor agreements.
β’ Develop contracting strategies that balance growth and risk effectively.
β’ Drive process improvements through automation and standardization.
β’ Enforce contracting controls and governance standards diligently.
β’ Own capacity planning and resource allocation responsibilities.
β’ Lead cross-functional pipeline review meetings.
β’ Develop executive reporting and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
β’ Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational metrics.
β’ Maintain contract systems and ensure data integrity.
β’ Lead compliance reviews and prepare for audit readiness.
β’ Support change initiatives and strategic priorities effectively.
β’ Mentor and develop staff to enhance their skills.
β’ Juris Doctorate (JD) is required.
β’ A minimum of five (5) years of experience in contract management or related fields.
β’ Prior experience in a leadership role is necessary.
β’ Demonstrated experience with CRM and CLM systems.
β’ Proven track record in negotiating complex agreements.
β’ Expertise in contract lifecycle management and governance practices.
β’ Strong leadership capabilities and ability to foster cross-functional partnerships.
β’ Experience managing high-volume contracting pipelines effectively.
β’ Advanced negotiation skills are essential.
β’ Strong analytical and organizational skills are required.
β’ Ability to create scalable processes and comprehensive reporting.
β’ Excellent communication skills are a must.
β’ Capable of handling confidential information with utmost integrity.
