Manager – Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Deliver and sustain IT applications and services that align with the Mashreq information technology strategy.

• Collaborate within agile squads to produce comprehensive IT products in short cycles.

• Create conceptual models to address problem areas.

• Contribute systematically to the coding of applications and scripts within the deployment pipeline.

• Mentor junior engineers.

• Integrate backend applications with necessary systems and services.

• Provide clear, user-friendly APIs for frontend systems.

• Assume accountability for application functionality, performance, and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive engineering experience.

• Advanced training and certifications across multiple engineering disciplines.

• Proficiency in ATDD, analysis, design, test scripting, coding, and peer review processes.

• Familiarity with modern clean APIs, legacy system integration, databases, application functionality, performance, and scalability.
