Manager, Technical Lead, SAP EDI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to prioritize and implement enhancements, projects, and programs that align with business strategy and enhance enterprise value.

• Design, develop, and deploy optimized, integrated, and automated technology solutions utilizing the EDI platform.

• Act as a functional and solution expert for IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.

• Lead the Product Management components of the SDLC, encompassing requirement gathering, solution definition, development, testing, deployment, release planning, and ongoing support.

• Propel process optimization and solution standardization by applying platform best practices, architectural standards, and industry frameworks.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance teams to support end-to-end enterprise processes while identifying opportunities for productivity, efficiency, automation, and scalability.

• Manage the comprehensive EDI landscape, guaranteeing reliable, secure, and scalable integrations between SAP S/4 and external trading partners.

• Provide advice on Sprint design and backlog grooming for EDI enhancements and projects.

• Oversee AMS production support, including release planning, deployment coordination, production readiness, critical incidents, root cause analysis, and improvement initiatives.

• Work together with stakeholders, product owners, development teams, data governance, and subject matter experts to prioritize and deliver system enhancements.

• Lead the enablement of Trading Partners, including onboarding, testing, and certification of new partners.

• Coordinate and execute use case testing, end-user validation, and post-implementation support.

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and drive innovation through process improvement, automation, and modernization.

• Define solution architecture requirements and integration standards in line with enterprise architecture principles.

• Ensure adherence to security, risk, regulatory, governance, and responsible AI requirements.

• Contribute to cost-benefit analyses and the development of business cases.

• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to Business System Analysts and AMS team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without any restrictions.

• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship, and the company will not support or sponsor employment-based immigration petitions now or in the future.

• Extensive working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA core modules such as SD, MM/PP, FICO, and ERP processes including Procure to Pay and Order to Cash.

• Familiarity with the IBM Sterling EDI platform.

• Strong business acumen in order management and other supply chain execution functions, such as transportation planning and warehouse management.

• Proven track record in technical delivery with a focus on solution design, systems implementation, and release management.

• Demonstrated capability to lead, mentor, and supervise Business System Analysts or similar roles.

• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in driving process improvements and implementing application or platform best practices in complex enterprise environments.

• Bachelor's or University Degree (Required).

• Minimum of 7 Years of Experience.
