This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable advisor to clients and actively share solution options with both clients and internal teams.

• Oversee staff in delivering engagement outputs, which include financial statements, tax returns, and supporting documentation.

• Conduct technical and strategic evaluations to guarantee adherence to quality control standards, timely delivery, and budgetary compliance.

• Exhibit strong technical capabilities in managing client-related tasks and stay informed about industry trends and alternatives.

• Comprehend client organizations, their processes, and internal regulations.

• Cultivate new client relationships with senior management through meetings, presentations, and proposals.

• Maintain and manage multiple client relationships, projects, and special assignments.

• Create engagement budgets and achieve charge-hour objectives.

• Oversee billing and revenue realization for assigned clients and provide explanations for discrepancies.

• Supervise, educate, and mentor team members.

• Promote a positive team atmosphere and support management decisions.

• Engage in practice development initiatives to generate new business and cross-service opportunities.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.

• Must possess and maintain necessary licenses.

• Capability to manage all facets of client engagements.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing at all organizational levels, internally and externally.

• Proficient in the use of relevant technology.

• Willingness to travel as required by client and business needs.
