• Develop and continuously enhance Later’s perspective on creator talent across various categories, platforms, and cultural trends.
• Identify emerging and influential creators that align with client objectives and brand positioning.
• Stay informed about industry shifts, pricing trends, and platform dynamics to guide recommendations.
• Highlight agile talent and culture-driven strategic opportunities, pitching them in line with customer business needs.
• Source and secure creator talent for campaigns, ensuring a balance between quality, speed, and strategic alignment.
• Build and nurture relationships with creators, agents, and managers to gain priority access to talent.
• Lead the sourcing, negotiations, and contracting process for high-tier talent while adhering to client strategy, brand safety, and compliance standards.
• Enhance workflows and processes to boost scalability and efficiency in talent sourcing and trend identification.
• Organize regular meetings with talent representatives to facilitate access to significant talent relationships and milestones.
• Collaborate with SMM, Product, Strategy, Campaign Management, Research, and Creator teams.
• Assist in seamless campaign execution and service evolution.
• Contribute to pitches and client discussions with well-informed talent recommendations.
• Serve as the expert on creator talent and best practices to advise internal teams.
• Strengthen Later’s reputation within the talent ecosystem.
• Promote operational excellence across the Services team.
• Monitor platform shifts, monetization models, and compliance regulations.
• Benchmark industry best practices and experiment with systems, processes, and partnership models.
• 4-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management, demonstrating a strong record of building and scaling impactful creator programs; agency experience is preferred.
• Experience working with athletes in the professional and NIL sectors.
• Proven success in sourcing, negotiating, and managing high-profile influencer, athlete, and celebrity relationships across various partnership models.
• A robust network of creator, agent, and manager relationships across key verticals and platforms.
• Strong strategic and analytical abilities with experience in managing scalable systems that enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• In-depth understanding of social platforms, creator economics, and cultural trends.
• Experience in implementing AI and workflows to elevate operational efficiencies.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills, with an aptitude for building trust and securing competitive agreements.
• Experience collaborating across different departments and teams.
• Strong knowledge of FTC guidelines, brand safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, CRM systems, and campaign analytics tools.
• An entrepreneurial mindset—operationally excellent, solutions-oriented, and motivated by scaling complex systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear communicator with strong judgment and attention to detail, with experience in representing an organization externally.
• Experience working with a telecommunications client is a plus.
