This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.
• Guide, mentor, and enhance the capabilities of the Talent Operations team.
• Oversee team responsibilities, workload distribution, sourcing tasks, performance metrics, productivity, quality assurance, and overall candidate experience.
• Recruit, onboard, retain, and nurture employees within Talent Operations, Talent Marketing, and Sourcing.
• Take charge of the Talent Acquisition technology strategy and roadmap, encompassing selection, implementation, integration, maintenance, and optimization of tools and vendors.
• Supervise system enhancements, configurations, workflow continuity, adoption, compliance, and deployment of AI solutions.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, business evaluations, service levels, and deliverables.
• Be responsible for Talent Acquisition data reporting and analytics, which includes dashboards and periodic reports.
• Analyze and convey recruiting KPIs and trends, transforming insights into actionable recommendations.
• Establish audit routines to ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity in collaboration with HR Compliance and Legal.
• Direct the Talent Marketing strategy, employer branding campaigns, career site content, job advertisements, social media presence, and recruitment marketing technology.
• Assess and enhance talent marketing performance, media expenditures, and channel strategies.
• Oversee the Early Career Program, which includes internship and entry-level hiring, university partnerships, events, pipelines, schedules, and conversion rates.
• Facilitate sourcing through tools, licenses, talent pools, market intelligence, search strategies, playbooks, training, and best practices.
• Promote continuous improvement, change management, process optimization, and enterprise-wide training initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Operations, HRIS, HR, IT, and Talent Acquisition regarding policy, process, and system modifications.
• Proven experience in leading the configuration, management, and implementation of ATS, HCM, and/or CRM systems.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and analytics.
• Experience in creating dashboards and executive reporting; familiarity with Power BI is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is preferred, including continuous improvement, value stream mapping, Lean Six Sigma, design thinking, and workflow mapping.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Operations, HRIS, and/or recruiting operations is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role is required.
• Experience managing multi-functional teams is preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS, HCM, and/or CRM systems is required; knowledge of Workday and Phenom is preferred.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting, along with effectively communicating insights to senior leadership, is required.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships, budgets, and contracts is required.
• Collaboration experience with Human Resource functions is necessary.
• Knowledge of project management, implementation workbooks, and training deployment is required.
• Experience with talent marketing, employer branding, and/or recruitment marketing platforms is preferred.
• Background in building or managing early career, internship, or campus recruiting programs is preferred.
• Ability to work in a professional office environment and perform sedentary duties, including occasional filing and lifting.
