This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategy and daily operations of recruiting systems, which include ATS and scheduling/coordination tools.

• Develop and document scalable, repeatable recruiting processes.

• Manage data integrity and reporting across recruiting systems, covering requisition data, candidate and pipeline records, and dashboards.

• Collaborate with recruiters to identify inefficiencies and manual tasks, and create workflows, automations, or redesign processes utilizing AI and tools.

• Assess and implement recruiting technology and AI-driven tools while managing vendor relationships with a focus on return on investment.

• Work alongside People Operations, Legal, and Finance to oversee offer letter management, background checks, and headcount approvals.

• Establish success metrics for recruiting operations and leverage data to enhance candidate and interviewer experiences.

• Create and sustain auditable processes that anticipate compliance requirements for publicly traded companies.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting operations, which includes recruiting coordination, systems administration, and process design.

• At least 2 years of experience in people management or leading cross-functional workstreams.

• Proven experience in building and documenting repeatable processes that support data integrity across recruiting systems.

• Strong proficiency in ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Ashby, and Workday, in addition to recruiting/scheduling tools.

• Data-driven program management experience, involving the creation of KPIs and dashboards, and translating insights into actionable steps.

• Familiarity with experimenting with AI tools and automation, including Zapier, scripts, and AI-powered workflows.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to gain support and encourage adoption across teams without formal authority.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Experience in a high-growth, publicly traded tech company, especially with SOX-related process considerations (preferred).

• Knowledge of employer branding, referral programs, or other recruiting initiatives (preferred).

• Experience collaborating directly with People Operations on offer management and background checks (preferred).
