This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategy and daily operations of recruiting systems, which encompass ATS and scheduling/coordination tools.

• Develop and document processes for recruiting that are repeatable and scalable.

• Ensure data integrity by maintaining requisition data, candidate and pipeline records, and reliable dashboards.

• Recognize areas of recruiting friction and manual tasks, subsequently creating workflows, automations, or redesigning processes.

• Assess and implement recruiting technologies and AI-enhanced tools.

• Oversee vendor relationships with an emphasis on return on investment.

• Collaborate with People Operations, Legal, and Finance regarding offer letters, background checks, and headcount approvals.

• Establish metrics for success in recruiting operations and promote ongoing enhancements.

• Create processes that are auditable and consider compliance requirements for public companies.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting operations, which includes recruiting coordination, systems administration, and process design.

• At least 2 years of experience in managing teams or leading cross-functional initiatives.

• Proven experience in developing and documenting repeatable processes that ensure data integrity across recruiting systems.

• Proficient in ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Ashby, or Workday, as well as recruiting/scheduling tools.

• Data-driven experience in program management, including the use of KPIs and dashboards.

• Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms such as Zapier, scripts, or AI-powered workflows.

• Strong communication abilities and expertise in influencing team adoption without formal authority.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Experience in a rapidly growing, publicly traded technology company, especially regarding SOX-related processes (preferred).

• Knowledge of employer branding, referral programs, or other recruitment initiatives (preferred).

• Experience collaborating with People Operations in offer management and background checks (preferred).
