This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +31 more states.
• Lead, manage, mentor, and nurture a team of regional recruiters.
• Develop and continually enhance a scalable recruitment operating model.
• Collaborate with regional and divisional leaders to evaluate talent requirements and formulate regional recruitment strategies.
• Ensure the effective utilization of ATS workflows, sourcing platforms, candidate engagement tools, reporting dashboards, and recruitment technologies.
• Act as a strategic talent acquisition partner to Regional Vice Presidents, Operations Directors, Practice Managers, and other executives.
• Deliver recruiting analytics regarding funnel health, pipeline activity, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, source effectiveness, and market insights.
• Set performance expectations, monitor outcomes, provide constructive feedback, and establish development plans for recruiters.
• Advocate for a consistent, high-touch experience for candidates and stakeholders.
• Refine recruiting processes, workflows, tools, templates, and reporting methodologies.
• Keep track of regional hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, competitor activities, and talent availability.
• 3–5 years of experience in managing recruiters or talent acquisition professionals, including coaching, performance management, workload prioritization, and team development.
• Experience in a decentralized, multi-site, retail-style, healthcare, veterinary, or similar field-based operating environment.
• Proven ability to create and implement regional recruiting strategies that align with hiring objectives and operational business needs.
• Familiarity with an applicant tracking system, CRM, sourcing platforms, reporting dashboards, and candidate engagement tools.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the expertise to interpret recruitment data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing abilities.
• A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
