Manager, Strategy – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess the historical performance of partners, events, and initiatives from initial contact to funded in-school and refinance loans.

• Develop ROI cases for new initiatives and prioritize schools, partners, and segments each season.

• Identify distribution channels that reach borrowers seeking refinancing and create plans to seize opportunities.

• Lead the due diligence and onboarding process for new lenders involved in in-school loans and refinancing.

• Establish milestones and metrics with business units and monitor initiatives through their outcomes.

• Take proactive ownership of teams or functions to address leadership gaps, launch initiatives, or accelerate growth.

• Collaborate directly with an executive team member to decide where Juno allocates time and resources.

• Conduct analyses, work with business unit leaders on strategic plans, and drive execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a strategy role at a high-growth organization.

• Capability to transform complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Proficient in SQL.

• Skilled in financial modeling.

• Possess commercial judgment to differentiate between activity and impact.

• Ability to guide initiatives from analysis through to implementation.

• Talent for keeping cross-functional teams aligned regarding ownership and deadlines.

• Proficiency in building tools using AI technologies and APIs.

• Ability to communicate candidly about difficult conclusions, supported by data.

• Skill in aligning partners, lenders, and business unit leaders around a unified plan.
