This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and oversee a team of senior Strategy Consultants dedicated to serving Fortune 500 clients.
• Build, nurture, and expand a top-tier team responsible for managing the customer journey from initiation through onboarding, ongoing success, and growth on Hightouch’s agentic CDP.
• Establish clear expectations, create an operational cadence, and uphold a high standard of quality.
• Take ownership of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for the team; develop a systematic hiring process.
• Manage the portfolio by monitoring status, risks, and subsequent steps for each active engagement.
• Proactively escalate risks and communicate effectively with executives.
• Develop repeatable engagement models, pilot frameworks, demonstration narratives, and enablement materials.
• Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of Hightouch’s platform and keep abreast of product advancements.
• Address complex technical escalations while empowering the team to provide outstanding customer experiences.
• Collaborate with leadership in Sales, Product, and Engineering.
• Incorporate customer and field insights into the product development roadmap.
• Formulate strategies to enhance platform adoption, customer retention, and expansion within large enterprise accounts.
• 3–5 years of experience in people management, ideally leading technical teams that engage directly with customers.
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing teams in rapidly growing environments.
• Experience in talent development and establishing career advancement pathways for technical professionals.
• Strong coaching and mentorship skills focused on both technical and interpersonal skill enhancement.
• 8–10 years of experience in client-facing and/or technology-centric roles that merge business insight with technical know-how.
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise software implementations, APIs, databases, and data integration systems.
• Proven capability to manage intricate technical projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in cultivating a responsive team within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience working with Fortune 500 companies and familiarity with enterprise sales cycles.
• Ability to excel in ambiguous, fast-paced settings while upholding high standards.
• A natural curiosity about data platforms and their potential for driving business outcomes.
• Preferred: experience with data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, and modern data stack technologies.
• Preferred: background in Customer Data Platforms, marketing technology, or data activation.
• Preferred: experience in B2B SaaS companies, especially in customer success or solutions engineering roles.
• Preferred: history of driving customer expansion and minimizing churn in enterprise accounts.
