Manager, Strategic Sourcing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee regional and global sourcing projects for products and services.

• Negotiate with suppliers and develop effective negotiation strategies.

• Manage the renewal of contracts, including their terms, dates, and deadlines.

• Create service-level agreements that align with stakeholder needs and industry best practices.

• Develop and oversee RFIs, RFPs, and other sourcing documentation.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with business owners, strategic sourcing, finance and accounting, legal, data privacy, and security teams.

• Assess, monitor, and report on ROI for engagement initiatives.

• Analyze sourcing needs from leaders across various business functions.

• Spearhead cross-functional sourcing and supplier management efforts.

• Facilitate supplier relationship management to enhance BCD Travel's sourcing and purchasing capabilities.

• Prior experience in Supply Chain Management.

• Background in technology, telecommunications, HR, and various other sourcing engagements.

• Strong business acumen.

• Proficient spoken and written communication skills in English.

• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
