This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee a Top 25 Partner List within the designated market, which includes a Priority 5 list of high-growth targets that are reviewed quarterly.
• Act as the main sales and relationship manager for the assigned accounts.
• Achieve a minimum of 5% annual growth across the assigned partner portfolio.
• Create and implement account growth strategies that align with enrollment and start objectives.
• Promote and sell programs at partner facilities through events, presentations, and individual meetings.
• Perform quarterly partner check-in calls to uncover upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate on marketing plans tailored to specific verticals, engage with associations, and execute campaigns.
• Identify and engage with regional associations that are connected to national partner strategies.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline for prospective partnerships.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify partner challenges and present solutions from Post University.
• Assist with conference strategies, event communications, and local market activations, particularly focusing on Texas development.
• Ensure a minimum of 30 applications per term and 10 student starts per term.
• Meet or exceed quarterly enrollment and start targets for non-healthcare verticals.
• Monitor and report on landing page engagement, lead funnel performance, conversion rates, and enrollment trends on a monthly basis.
• Keep accurate partner information and activity records in the CRM while adhering to documentation, process, and compliance standards.
• Report to the Director of National and Strategic Partnerships and work collaboratively with the Strategic Growth Team and University leadership.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3–5 years of demonstrated success in B2B and B2C sales, account management, or partnership development.
• Proven ability to cultivate and manage strategic, revenue-generating relationships across various industries.
• Proficient in consultative sales and capable of delivering executive-level presentations.
• Excellent organizational, reporting, and analytical skills.
• A self-driven, strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Candidates must reside near either Chicago or Indianapolis.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within the territory and up to 20% nationally.
• Availability required Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends as needed.
