Manager, Strategic Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of project management professionals to align with enterprise objectives, strategic initiatives, client delivery, and technological efficiencies.

• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to direct reports and team members.

• Design, plan, execute, assess, and continuously support the project management needs of the enterprise.

• Monitor project advancement in ServiceNow for standardized reporting purposes.

• Utilize the portfolio management system to facilitate enterprise-wide intake and development of improvement project pipelines.

• Create and implement operational processes within the department to enhance client delivery, standardization, efficiency, and effectiveness.

• Ensure team members adopt new processes effectively.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

• Integrate feedback mechanisms into project methodologies.

• Establish and maintain a professional network and engage with relevant professional organizations.

• Stay updated on trends in the healthcare industry and leading practices in portfolio/project management.

• Undertake additional projects and tasks as assigned by leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Project Management, or a closely related field.

• 5 years of experience in project management.

• 3 years of experience in successfully managing large-scale projects.

• Openness to change management and adaptive thinking.

• Capability to inspire, lead, troubleshoot, and engage in strategic planning.

• Ability to perform under pressure to deliver valuable outcomes.

• Skills in time management, decision-making, mentoring, presentation, communication, and conflict resolution.

• Proficient in organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple complex tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently.

• Proactive in creating and implementing processes for current state improvement.

• Attributes of collaboration, resilience, managerial courage, flexibility, ethics, and professionalism.

• Team-building skills that encompass emotional and social intelligence.

• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• Preferred: Experience in direct supervision and process creation/implementation.

• Preferred: CSSBB (Certified Six Sigma Black Belt) from the American Society for Quality.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.; frequent sitting/standing and keyboard use required.
