
Manager, Strategic Commercial Readiness – Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the implementation of the Go-to-Market Onboarding & Enablement Program for the U.S. sales team.
• Create and deliver training modules that encompass internal business processes, sales operations tools, CRM workflows, and best practices in commerce.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to design, enhance, and scale the comprehensive curriculum.
• Manage internal content creators and subject matter experts to ensure the effectiveness of training materials.
• Maintain feedback mechanisms and track skill levels to identify and resolve gaps in technical and operational readiness.
• Oversee ongoing refresher and advanced skills training sessions.
• Organize logistics, scheduling, and resource management for national training initiatives.
• Facilitate post-onboarding field application and mentor new hires during real-client interactions.
• Be prepared to travel up to 50% for on-site training, trade shows, and field demonstrations throughout the U.S.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Four years of experience in Corporate Training, Instructional Design, Sales Operations, Business Enablement, or Program Management.
• A minimum of three years of experience in delivering training programs, leading onboarding efforts, or managing commercial enablement platforms.
• A proven history of executing structured training curricula and utilizing adult learning principles.
• Competence in managing cross-functional stakeholders and collaborating with subject matter experts.
• Capability to organize intricate program logistics, including calendars, resources, and tracking systems.
• Strong skills in structuring information to make content accessible, actionable, and aligned with business operations and customer-facing standards.
• A proactive approach to independently managing schedules, tracking readiness metrics, and advancing projects.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug test is mandatory.
• Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. for demonstrations and testing purposes.
• Preferred: experience in supporting or training remote commercial teams across various U.S. time zones.
• Preferred: experience in developing, optimizing, or managing a Master Training Library, e-learning modules, or interactive presentation decks.
• Preferred: experience in a hybrid technical/commercial setting.
• Preferred: familiarity with sales methodology training, CRM workflows, and internal business operations tools.
• Preferred: military or tactical technical experience.
