Manager, Strategic Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate potential opportunities linked to new or expanded business lines

• Provide regular updates to company leadership on strategic insights derived from industry analysis

• Mentor and oversee junior data analysts

• Develop and/or offer guidance on internal dashboards associated with company platforms

• Create and track data quality metrics across various platforms

• Spearhead initiatives to improve the quality of data gathered across platforms

• Recognize areas of potential opportunity and/or risk

• Extract strategic insights from data

• Generate quantitative evidence to support strategic decision-making

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field (economics, mathematics, data science, etc.)

• Minimum of seven years of experience in business analytics

• Preference for experience with healthcare-related or pharmaceutical datasets (claims data, pharmaceutical sales and chargeback data, etc.)

• Capability to effectively present analytical results to a non-technical audience

• Experience in summarizing data trends through dashboards and PowerPoint presentations

• Proficiency in SQL and/or R, as well as PowerPoint and Excel

• Experience in personnel management

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship
