This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Collaborate with designated leaders and stakeholders to implement HR solutions for business challenges.
• Act as an HR Business Partner for assigned business leaders and teams.
• Deliver comprehensive HR support across areas such as organizational development, employee relations, labor relations, talent management, talent acquisition, performance management, coaching, engagement, and succession planning.
• Manage HR programs and processes effectively.
• Recognize high-potential talent and promote ongoing employee success.
• Assist with requisition workflows and ensure accuracy in position descriptions and data.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition on hiring, interviews, offers, approvals, and challenging requisitions.
• Enhance hiring manager capabilities in selection tools and processes.
• Facilitate worker integration and induction programs.
• Approve employee actions, performance improvement plans, and progressive discipline measures.
• Investigate grievances and complaints while maintaining confidentiality.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and accountability strategies.
• Provide guidance to managers regarding compensation and benefits requests and escalate for approval as necessary.
• Advise managers on Continuous Performance Management and performance differentiation.
• Process labor documentation in compliance with local labor regulations.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and enhance the HR brand through high-quality work outputs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Familiarity with HR policies and practices, labor regulations, and labor law.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and initiatives with sound judgment and adaptability.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization.
• Proficiency in utilizing HR data to facilitate business partnering discussions.
• Prior experience in coaching and implementing change management initiatives.
• Experience working with manufacturing, engineering, or sales teams.
• Familiarity with Workday.
• Ability to influence others while maintaining a firm yet diplomatic approach.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8–10 years of related experience.
