Manager, Solution Strategy – Delivery Transformation

📋 Description

• Create solutions tailored to intricate customer needs

• Contribute to the evolution of the consulting sector

• Facilitate collaboration among Sales, Consulting, Product, and Delivery teams

• Oversee detailed proposal and tender processes

• Formulate solution concepts, business cases, and strategies for proposals

• Coordinate teams across Sales, Consulting, Product, and Delivery

• Ensure that customer solutions are commercially viable and practical

• Enhance proposal processes using Generative AI and automation

• Develop reusable proposal resources, playbooks, and industry best practices

• Elevate the quality, speed, and scalability of the bidding process

• Create standardized and efficient delivery models

• Leverage automation and AI to minimize implementation efforts

• Enhance time-to-value, delivery excellence, and profitability of projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in Consulting, SAP Transformation, Solutioning, Presales, or Delivery Management

• Knowledge of business processes, technology transformations, and financial considerations

• Experience in developing business cases, effort estimation, pricing, and managing proposals

• Capability to organize complex issues and communicate them effectively

• Interest in Generative AI and its real-world application in consulting

• Proficient in both German and English languages
