Manager, Site Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Supervise scientific operational workflows, ensuring that deliverables align with quality standards and timelines.

• Oversee site engagement initiatives and foster robust relationships along with transparent communication between clinical trial sites and ICON teams.

• Lead and guide a team of site engagement specialists throughout the phases of study initiation, execution, and closeout.

• Collaborate with clinical operations and project management teams to synchronize site engagement strategies with the objectives of the study.

• Identify and resolve site-related issues while providing solutions to optimize site performance and ensure trial success.

• Propel initiatives aimed at enhancing site satisfaction and retention rates.

• Ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and relevant regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in life sciences, business management, or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience in site engagement or clinical operations.

• Demonstrated capability in managing relationships and engagement with sites in a clinical trial environment.

• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory and operational guidelines.

• Strong leadership and team management competencies.

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient organizational and project management abilities.

• Capacity to oversee multiple sites while ensuring effective communication.

• Detail-oriented and proactive, committed to upholding high standards of site satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
