Manager, Service Delivery Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational implementation across various schools and leadership teams.

• Directly mentor and manage several school leaders within a diverse portfolio of schools.

• Assist and influence leadership teams and school staff through the establishment of operational systems and adherence to execution standards.

• Set uniform operational expectations across all schools.

• Hold school leaders accountable for academic action plans, compliance with charter/SOA requirements, school-year milestones, and operational objectives.

• Track operational health, engagement trends, and compliance metrics to identify potential risks and necessary interventions.

• Offer structured, data-driven coaching to enhance execution on a large scale.

• Ensure that schools are adequately prepared operationally to accommodate enrollment growth.

• Assess leadership capabilities, staffing frameworks, onboarding procedures, schedules, and system readiness.

• Recognize operational limitations and risks that could affect charter stability and readiness for renewal.

• Guarantee consistent execution of school-year cycle activities, which includes alignment of calendars and handbooks, policy and process evaluations, and planning for summer school.

• Execute performance evaluations and manage development initiatives for school leaders.

• Spearhead the hiring and onboarding processes for school leaders.

• Foster succession planning and leadership development.

• Cultivate relationships with boards, authorizers, districts, and other key stakeholders.

• Prepare for meetings with boards, authorizers, and key partners by developing agendas, reviewing data, drafting performance narratives, and outlining follow-up actions.

• Facilitate operational changes, enterprise system implementation, and ongoing improvement across multiple schools.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of demonstrated leadership experience as a Principal or in a comparable role is required.

• A graduate degree in Education or Management is mandatory.

• Experience in virtual school leadership is required.

• Must be flexible.

• Must exhibit innovative thinking.

• Comfortable using technology.

• Strong communication skills are essential.

• Must be data-driven and focused on results.

• Willingness to travel frequently is necessary.
