This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Lead and oversee the Scheduling department to meet production, quality, and service-level targets.
• Develop and uphold operational procedures for both internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor workflow volumes and manage resource allocation effectively.
• Identify and execute process enhancements.
• Review operational metrics and deliver performance reports along with recommendations to senior leadership.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and cultivate team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and set goals along with productivity standards.
• Manage staffing levels, schedules, time-off requests, and coverage planning.
• Act as an escalation point for client, vendor, and internal operational issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address concerns and fulfill client expectations.
• Participate in client audits and assist with compliance reviews.
• Serve as a subject matter expert regarding scheduling processes and workflows.
• Collaborate on system upgrades, process automation, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Engage in client meetings and operational review discussions.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and business partners.
• Approve payroll, timekeeping, and departmental administrative tasks.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, regulatory guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Prior management experience in title, closing, mortgage, lending, financial services, or similar operational environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and achieve operational objectives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service capabilities.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Willingness to travel as business requirements dictate.
