Manager, Scaled Contract Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Supervise a team of Contract Managers who handle and address contract and billing inquiries for a substantial customer base.

• Oversee daily operations, establish goals, foster career development, manage performance, and promote team growth.

• Cultivate professional relationships with managers, directors, and executives throughout the organization.

• Spot opportunities for innovation and enhancement within the Contract Management Team and promote collaborative advancements within current playbooks.

• Examine customer and performance data to guide operational and procedural modifications.

• Mentor and develop team members to meet metrics and achieve career objectives.

• Enhance efficiency in a dynamic and expanding environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of managerial experience, preferably with teams focused on renewals.

• Proven track record of coaching and nurturing individual contributors.

• Strong enthusiasm and dedication to assisting customers in achieving success and growth.

• Robust analytical capabilities to pinpoint team trends and patterns that drive outcomes.

• Understanding of the interactions between contracts, terms of service, and legal obligations.

• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to lead negotiations successfully.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, demonstrated by a history of enhancing efficiencies.

• Experience in managing and resolving customer escalations.

• Proficient in communicating effectively with both small and large groups.

• Intellectual curiosity and a resourceful attitude towards problem-solving.
