This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and inspire the Housing team in identifying, securing, and managing accommodations for Sales Representatives.
• Act as the main operational link between Sales leadership and the Housing department.
• Create clear processes, establish performance standards, and promote team accountability.
• Oversee and manage the comprehensive Housing program budget across all sales channels.
• Enhance cost efficiency and project monthly housing requirements.
• Proactively address financial risks.
• Supervise payroll housing deductions, purchase orders, vendor invoices, and financial reconciliations in collaboration with Finance.
• Source, negotiate, and oversee relationships with third-party vendors.
• Ensure prompt payments and adherence to contracts.
• Handle any billing or service disputes.
• Introduce AI, workflow automation, and process enhancements.
• Minimize manual tasks, improve scalability, and optimize operational performance metrics.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
• 6+ years of progressive experience in business operations, vendor management, or corporate logistics.
• 2+ years of direct supervisory or team lead experience.
• Proven experience in driving accountability, establishing performance metrics, and managing team deliverables.
• Experience in building operational budgets and forecasting housing requirements.
• Proven ability to oversee accurate invoicing, purchase orders, and payroll deductions.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data modeling and pivot tables.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience in process mapping and utilizing AI, automation, or modern software tools.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication and vendor negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel to corporate offices 3–5 times a year.
