This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement enablement initiatives that align with go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new sales staff, featuring structured 30-60-90 day learning plans.
• Develop and present training sessions on products, messaging, sales methodologies, tools, and customer interaction.
• Collaborate with go-to-market leadership to pinpoint skill gaps and execute targeted development programs.
• Manage the sales content ecosystem, ensuring materials are up-to-date, accessible, and in line with go-to-market objectives.
• Organize sales kickoffs, launch readiness sessions, regional meetings, certifications, and other enablement activities.
• Facilitate the implementation and adoption of new sales processes, tools, and technologies.
• Establish and monitor enablement metrics, including onboarding effectiveness, participation rates, certification completion, content utilization, and program impact.
• Leverage feedback, performance trends, and adoption statistics to enhance programs and prioritize initiatives.
• Connect Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Services, People Operations, and Revenue Operations to support teams engaged with customers.
• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Background in Sales Enablement, Program Management, Revenue Operations, Learning & Development, Change Management, or similar go-to-market roles.
• Experience in enterprise software, technology, SaaS, or professional services sectors.
• Proven track record in creating, launching, or managing programs that enhance adoption, readiness, learning, or organizational efficiency.
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proven ability to influence, collaborate, and drive accountability across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proficient in curriculum development, facilitation, content creation, stakeholder management, and program evaluation.
• Familiarity with CRM, LMS, sales enablement, and productivity tools.
• Demonstrated ownership of programs, initiatives, or business processes with quantifiable results.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
