This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Lead a team of analysts responsible for delivering business intelligence, strategic insights, and operational decision support.
• Set team priorities, objectives, and success metrics in alignment with organizational aims.
• Ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of insights, recommendations, and analytical deliverables.
• Convert complex business challenges and overarching strategies into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Oversee work across various stakeholders and initiatives.
• Communicate insights and compelling recommendations to leaders at different organizational levels.
• Eliminate obstacles, resolve issues, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of analysts.
• Encourage accountability, continuous learning, professional development, engagement, and teamwork.
• Offer feedback, career development assistance, and performance coaching.
• Direct analytical methodologies and the effective use of data for business decisions.
• Decompose large, ambiguous problems into manageable parts.
• Validate outcomes through critical thinking, business context, and analytical rigor.
• Utilize analytical tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, visibility, and insight generation.
• Advocate for documentation, process discipline, and knowledge sharing.
• Undertake additional special projects as needed.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field — Required.
• 5–10 years of cumulative work experience in progressively responsible roles — Required.
• At least 2 years of direct leadership experience — Required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel — Required.
• Experience in analyzing business operations, data, or processes — Required.
• Proven experience leading analytical, reporting, or business intelligence teams and initiatives — Required.
• Experience in translating complex business challenges into data-driven insights and recommendations — Required.
• Capability to influence stakeholders and drive results through analytical problem-solving and effective communication — Required.
• Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, GCP/Big Query, data warehousing, or similar analytical tools — Preferred.
• Background in healthcare revenue cycle or healthcare operations — Preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
