Manager, Revenue Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Identify and capitalize on opportunities within DaVita’s revenue cycle to enhance revenue and optimize bottom-line performance.

• Spearhead the creation of strategic recommendations across key Revenue Operations areas, including revenue strategy, process enhancements, and operational innovations.

• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Finance, and field operations to devise and implement processes and strategies that maximize revenue.

• Analyze complex issues and create effective strategies to address them.

• Challenge existing operations to pinpoint and execute transformative changes.

• Assess discrepancies between current and ideal process states, define requirements, and carry out process enhancements.

• Prioritize competing demands and concentrate efforts where the greatest value can be achieved.

• Collaborate with executive and senior leaders on significant Revenue Operations initiatives.
