Manager, Revenue Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert revenue strategies into actionable plans, processes, and performance metrics.

• Create executive-level reports, dashboards, and analytical insights.

• Recognize obstacles and implement enhancements across sales, marketing, and customer operations.

• Standardize and refine sales stages, qualification criteria, and deal workflows.

• Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.

• Oversee and optimize the CRM system as the authoritative source of truth, ensuring adherence to data standards by the sales organization.

• Develop and refine deal standards and uphold sales process discipline.

• Actively seek opportunities for sales process improvements and collaborate with sales management to ensure process integrity.

• Assist in territory planning, account assignments, and capacity modeling.

• Support sales management in clarifying any discrepancies in the sales process.

• Supervise the accuracy and distribution of sales reports, recommending adjustments and contributing to the creation of new reporting tools.

• Cultivate strong relationships with key management personnel and departments to design sales incentive compensation programs.

• Lead, develop, and mentor team members across various functional areas.

• Make financially sound and accountable business decisions in line with organizational policies and procedures.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or equivalent roles.

• Experience in managing analytically demanding initiatives.

• Proven track record in building forecasts, dashboards, and data models.

• Strong proficiency with CRM systems.

• Established project management capabilities.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.

• Excellent team-building skills, able to attract, cultivate, and retain a highly effective team.

• Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of delegating responsibilities and motivating team members to independently achieve goals and solve problems.

• Strong interpersonal skills, proficient in negotiation, writing, speaking, and active listening.

• Robust business acumen and the capacity for strategic thinking.
