This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Design, document, and manage all in-store logistics processes, encompassing receiving, unpacking, sorting, processing returns, transferring between stores, and handling outbound shipments.
• Implement and track strategies aimed at maximizing on-floor inventory levels and product accessibility through the use of RFID tools.
• Establish training and compliance benchmarks to ensure physical inventory accuracy across sales floors, back-of-house areas, and staging zones.
• Collaborate with Transportation and Supply Chain teams regarding delivery schedules, receiving windows, and the performance of carriers.
• Direct omni-channel capability management for Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS), Ship From Store, and new fulfillment offerings.
• Develop approaches to minimize operational and administrative shrink with the Loss Prevention and Finance teams.
• Design and implement internal inventory audit programs.
• Oversee the in-store technology roadmap in partnership with Digital and Technology teams.
• Manage lifecycle processes, procurement, replacement, and deployment of in-store hardware, which includes POS systems, handheld scanners, mobile devices, and networking equipment.
• Advocate for the needs of store associates and consumers in system design and technology decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two Inventory and Technology Operations Specialists.
• Collaborate with Retail Training on the creation of training materials and change management for process and technology implementations.
• Build relationships across Retail Operations, IT, Finance, and Supply Chain to synchronize inventory and technology objectives.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, retail operations analytics, labor planning, or similar analytical roles.
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in advanced PowerPoint.
• Experience in data modeling.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Financial acumen.
• Familiarity with retail stores and service models.
• Ability to present effectively to executive leadership.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects at once.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and partners to propel projects forward and achieve objectives.
• Strong collaboration abilities and experience working with diverse cross-functional partners, including field teams, Finance, IT, and Product teams.
• Working knowledge of retail processes and service models.
• Experience in leading direct reports or project teams.
• Ability to coach, prioritize tasks, and drive execution through others.
