This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Expand the team, enhance operational efficiency, and implement industry best practices.
• Create and execute data-driven strategies that align with CDK’s business objectives, covering resource allocation, communication strategies, performance monitoring, coaching and development, change management, standards, processes, and best practices.
• Maximize team efficiency and resource distribution to adapt to changing business demands.
• Ensure that Regional Senior Platform Specialists provide coaching and development support to designated regional teams.
• Establish structured coaching and development initiatives for ongoing professional advancement and skill enhancement.
• Define utilization metrics, team alignment, and resource management in coordination with the Platform Specialist Operations team.
• Set up feedback systems for evaluating the performance of the Platform Specialist roles.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Operations to define and implement training and certification programs.
• Manage the development and execution of performance plans, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
• Guarantee compliance with sales standards and procedures.
• Evaluate individual and team performance, making resource adjustments as needed.
• Facilitate individual and team goal-setting that aligns with CDK’s business objectives and strategies.
• Utilize data and analytics to guide strategic choices, identify trends, and promote continuous improvement.
• Adhere to CDK Global policies and procedures.
• Complete all mandatory compliance tasks and acknowledgments.
• Meet or surpass performance benchmarks.
• Recruit and train new team members.
• Organize workflows and clarify responsibilities and delegated tasks.
• Establish performance targets, oversee productivity, and offer feedback and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies and procedures, including taking disciplinary action when needed.
• Exemplify company values and leadership expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Demonstrated history of high employee engagement.
• Proven success in analyzing data and trends to guide strategic decisions.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Manager in pre-sales roles OR a proven leadership track record in a position showcasing knowledge of the sales process and the role of a pre-sales solution team.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%, including overnight trips.
• Background in SaaS enterprise solutions.
• Strong sales acumen with a successful history in sales or pre-sales roles.
• In-depth knowledge of sales processes, strategies, and methodologies.
• Automotive industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
