This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +6 more states.
• Oversee a portfolio of donors by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, stewarding, and renewing relationships.
• Discover and secure new revenue opportunities, focusing mainly on corporate and foundation prospects.
• Collaborate with the wider Development Team to implement a cohesive and comprehensive development strategy.
• Activate national partnerships within the regional context.
• Work alongside the Marketing Team to create stewardship and impact communication materials for regional donors.
• Develop, nurture, and manage relationships with both established and potential regional corporate and foundation donors.
• Administer all facets of the moves management process for relationships within the assigned portfolio.
• Execute the overarching Operation Homefront development strategy in collaboration with the Development Team.
• Draft and keep the regional revenue pipeline current.
• Provide regular updates to the Senior Regional Director of Development.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Non-Profit Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
• A Master’s degree is an advantage.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in non-profit fundraising and marketing is desired.
• Familiarity with military families and programs is preferred.
• Experience in grant writing is preferred.
• Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) certification is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Annual Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) needed.
• Criminal background check will be conducted.
• Personal auto insurance coverage of 100/300/100 is necessary.
• Capable of lifting up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to drive a vehicle and travel as necessary.
• Availability to work after hours, including weekends and holidays, may be required.
• Candidates must undergo a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and education verification.
• Exempt position.
• Access to personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-function printer, and calculator.
• Travel to and from meetings, training sessions, or other business-related events as necessary.
