This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and direct the comprehensive onboarding process for commercial sites.
• Collaborate with account managers, case managers, operations, and logistics teams.
• Cultivate and sustain an understanding of client expectations throughout the onboarding phase.
• Perform site evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
• Establish onboarding timelines, objectives, and milestones in conjunction with commercial teams.
• Track progress and address any challenges or delays that arise.
• Provide direction and training to new commercial partners on systems, tools, and best practices.
• Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders and clients to enhance the onboarding experience.
• Create and maintain onboarding documentation, policies, procedures, and resources.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process.
• Work alongside the quality assurance team to ensure deliverables align with company quality standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• At least 3-5 years of experience in onboarding, project management, or quality assurance.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with project management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
• Experience in commercial site operations, healthcare administration, FACT, or related industries is beneficial.
• Candidates must be residents of the West Coast.
• Willingness to travel up to 25-50% to assigned Authorized Treatment Centers is required.
