This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with physicians, practice administrators, clinical leaders, and referral teams.
• Identify and convert new medical practices into sustainable referral partners.
• Oversee and expand existing accounts to boost referral volume and provider satisfaction.
• Implement strategic territory plans to achieve and surpass referral growth and provider retention goals.
• Conduct in-office visits, practice presentations, lunch-and-learn sessions, and community outreach initiatives.
• Develop workflows, address challenges, and ensure efficient referral processes.
• Keep precise and timely records of account activities in HubSpot CRM.
• Represent Talkiatry at industry events, community collaborations, and pertinent health system functions.
• Forge connections with medical practices and health systems within the designated territory.
• Inform providers and staff about Talkiatry’s psychiatric care services.
• Facilitate referral success and promote long-term adoption.
• 3-6 years of experience in healthcare or related field sales, physician liaison roles, clinical outreach, or business development.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass referral or sales growth objectives.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in influencing clinicians, administrators, or healthcare stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
• Proficient in CRM systems; experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory approximately 75% of the time.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; Talkiatry participates in E-Verify.
• Reliable access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license is required.
• Experience in field sales with a travel component to client sites at least 60% of the time.
• Previous experience meeting quotas or carrying KPI/targets.
