This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Foster and enhance relationships with physicians, practice administrators, clinical leaders, and referral teams.
• Identify and convert new medical practices into long-term referral partners.
• Oversee and expand existing accounts, boosting referral volume and provider satisfaction.
• Implement strategic territory plans to achieve and surpass referral growth and provider retention objectives.
• Conduct in-office visits, practice presentations, lunch-and-learns, and community outreach initiatives.
• Develop workflows, address obstacles, and guarantee efficient referral processes.
• Keep precise and timely records of account activities in HubSpot CRM.
• Represent Talkiatry at industry events, community collaborations, and pertinent health system functions.
• Inform providers and supporting staff about Talkiatry’s psychiatric care services.
• Propel growth and facilitate referral success throughout the assigned territory.
• 3-6 years of experience in healthcare or a related field in sales, physician liaison, clinical outreach, or business development.
• Demonstrated capability to meet or exceed referral or sales growth objectives.
• Strong preference for experience in influencing clinicians, administrators, or healthcare stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment with independence and accountability.
• Proficient in CRM systems; experience with HubSpot or Salesforce is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory approximately 75% of the time.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.; Talkiatry participates in E-Verify.
• Reliable access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Experience in field sales, with travel to client locations at least 60% of the time.
• Background in meeting quotas or working under KPIs/targets.
