This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the tone and vision for the division in line with Sharecare’s core principles.
• Collaborate within a team of functional managers to swiftly, efficiently, and profitably reach goals and objectives.
• Train and communicate with global leadership and entry-level personnel, emphasizing results and individual growth.
• Provide essential updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Gather and evaluate documentation necessary for transitioning regional operations activities to global operations within set deadlines.
• Assess global performance against objectives defined by the Vice President of Global Operations.
• Review, analyze, comprehend, and enhance weekly, monthly, and quarterly production performance.
• Drive improvements in revenue, expenses, profits, and margins.
• Identify opportunities to promote Sharecare’s transition plan and achieve designated transition milestones and targets.
• Cultivate and enhance global partnerships.
• Support the development of global partner management.
• Collaborate with Operations and Client Success Managers to onboard new clients and transition existing clients to global production.
• Address inquiries and suggestions regarding global processes and noted variations to ensure standardized work and services.
• Report any unethical, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior or activities.
• Master’s degree is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of proven success in a managerial or director-level position.
• Highly team-oriented.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft products is required, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills combined with strong negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented, with robust analytical capabilities and effective problem-solving skills.
• Competent in handling confidential materials and information in a professional manner.
• Maintain current and annual HIPAA certification.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Physical capability to lift and carry materials weighing 25 lbs.
• Sufficient speaking and hearing ability to communicate effectively.
• Necessary eye/hand coordination, hearing, and visual acuity for daily tasks.
• Ability to maintain the privacy of patient, employee, and volunteer information.
• Ability to adhere to corporate integrity and security obligations.
