This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist in the implementation of Evolent's provider experience strategy.
β’ Ensure that providers and payer clients attain desired results through the products and services provided during market implementation.
β’ Advocate for the use of Evolent's digital platforms.
β’ Identify and eliminate obstacles that create friction for provider practices.
β’ Act as a reliable partner for stakeholders who depend on Provider Experience expertise.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance provider satisfaction and increase digital solution adoption.
β’ Centralize and optimize efficiencies while standardizing practices, training, education, and provider support services.
β’ Build and maintain relationships with provider groups, practice administrators, and key provider stakeholders.
β’ Implement business rules and policies with payer clients while focusing on the provider experience.
β’ Anticipate and address practice issues and challenges proactively.
β’ Support payer client deliverables through analytics in conjunction with Marketing, Product, Clinical Operations, and CSO teams.
β’ Create oncology education and training materials.
β’ Evaluate provider product usage data and engagement metrics.
β’ Monitor dashboards, manage key performance indicators (KPIs), and report KPIs to clients and internal leaders.
β’ An associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience in provider engagement.
β’ Outstanding communication skills.
β’ Comprehensive knowledge of provider engagement, network management, and performance enhancement methodologies.
β’ Expertise in applying best practices, project management principles, and a robust operational mindset.
β’ Exceptional analytical skills.
β’ Strong alignment with corporate values.
β’ Experience with generative AI, automation, or intelligent workflow solutions.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 10%.
β’ Access to high-speed internet of over 10 Mbps at home.
