Manager, Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Manage project and program management workstreams, ensuring that deliverables align with quality and timeline expectations.

• Provide daily technical oversight and direction to the Project Management function.

• Ensure adherence to best practices, contributing to project success.

• Lead and mentor the project management team effectively.

• Develop and communicate a clear vision for both the department and the organization.

• Guide the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and successful completion of programs and projects assigned to the region.

• Ensure that projects align with the company's strategies, commitments, and goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project efficiency, manage resources, and address risk management.

• Proactively identify and tackle project-related challenges, implementing solutions to meet project milestones and objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Extensive experience in a clinical laboratory setting within a CRO, biopharmaceutical company, or similar organization.

• Proven expertise as a Project Manager, overseeing phase II & III studies.

• Strong leadership capabilities, with previous experience in mentoring, supervising, or leading teams.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 35%).
