This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Acts as the primary contact for designated account(s)

• Implements procedural documents that align with workplace strategies and client business requirements

• Delivers client workplace model standards while suggesting enhancements

• Develops test fits and recommends workplace enhancements

• Creates proposals to optimize space efficiencies consistent with corporate real estate objectives

• Collaborates with Real Estate Portfolio Strategists, Project Managers, Occupancy Planners, Move Managers, and other team members within CRE

• Engages with clients to formulate workplace options, finalize project concepts, and prepare final documents for approval

• Organizes data analytics and space solutions into a format suitable for client presentations

• Reviews and confirms that preliminary space plans and design concepts are safe, functional, visually appealing, and comply with public health, safety, and relevant code requirements

• Establishes and maintains organized project file systems

• Manages MAC (Moves, Adds, and Changes)

• Reports on project implementation both during progress and upon completion

• Determines colors, materials, and finishes to represent concepts and fulfill client expectations

• Selects and specifies furniture, fixtures, equipment, and millwork, including layout drawings and detailed product descriptions for procurement and installation

• Maintains CAFM data that supports space allocation plans

• Trains and cultivates design talent for assigned account(s)


⛳️ Requirements

• Possesses a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited institution (NCIDQ certification is a plus)

• 5-8 years of experience in two or more of the following areas: interior design, architecture, space planning, or a similar combination of education and experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)

• Proficient in AutoCAD (REVIT knowledge is an advantage)

• Capable of learning client-specific CAFM software (such as Serraview, Manhattan, Center Stone, Planon, Archibus, etc.)

• Proficient in programming and space planning for spaces of varying sizes

• Ability to read and analyze construction documents

• Familiar with standards and guidelines for programming codes, procedures, documentation, and project systems organization

• Excellent organizational and documentation skills are essential

• Proactively identifies, quantifies, and resolves issues in a timely and constructive manner

• Consistently meets deadlines and completes tasks as defined

• Demonstrates integrity, trust, and commitment, serving as a role model for others

• Interprets instructions provided in written, oral, diagrammatic, or scheduled formats

• Exceptional oral, written, and presentation abilities

• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal relationship skills

• Capable of learning new graphic software to enhance the presentation of new designs

• Working knowledge of various office furniture systems

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations

• Adept at solving practical problems and managing varied concrete variables in a context with limited standardization

• Proficient in architectural and engineering drawings, concepts, and design

• Experience in managing projects of diverse scope and complexity

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

• Capable of building strong relationships with both internal and external partners

• Takes ownership of requests to ensure successful completion

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Capable of directing multiple concurrent projects with clear instructions

• Self-motivated; able to determine next steps and foresee future needs to guide team members

• Working knowledge of corporate real estate and its relevance to design

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Develops new space layouts and proposes workplace enhancements in response to client business needs and operational requirements
