This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Collaborate with Services Sales Executives, Account Teams, Engagement Management, Support, Product Management, and Customer Engineering to guarantee customer success.
• Oversee a team of Architects and Engagement Managers, focusing on their performance, growth, and development.
• Assist customers and service team members with journey design, implementation decisions, and execution processes.
• Drive the achievement of regional services revenue targets.
• Monitor team utilization to optimize productivity.
• Develop and implement plans for team skills, professional development, and onboarding.
• Work alongside the PS Portfolio Board to establish standard service offerings, accelerators, journey methodologies, and approaches.
• Contribute to the creation of delivery-supporting artifacts.
• Aid Services Sales leaders in crafting statements of work and journey-based proposals.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality results and alignment of customer journeys with value-based outcomes.
• Inspect and validate delivery processes for quality assurance.
• Analyze root causes and facilitate issue resolution and escalation with cross-functional teams.
• Cultivate relationships with teams and cross-functional groups.
• Engage with both new and existing services customers.
• Take part in the development of services proposals and engage in business development discussions.
• Lead operational rigor in delivery and revenue management.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
• 7-10 years of verifiable experience in the services delivery industry.
• Proven track record in building and leading professional services teams.
• Demonstrated success in developing and scaling high-performing services delivery teams.
• Familiarity with AI transformation, data governance, data management, and data quality.
• Extensive experience in managing complex enterprise customer engagements.
• Proficient in both written and verbal English.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments and to drive process improvements.
