This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product planning and ensure alignment of roadmaps for assigned tools and functionalities aimed at agents.

• Define and oversee product requirements, user stories, success metrics, and prioritization of releases.

• Assess business needs, adoption trends, feedback from agents, patterns of issues, bugs, and requests for enhancements.

• Ensure that product modifications are in sync with agent experiences, operational workflows, client impacts, and organizational objectives.

• Identify gaps in workflows, limitations of products, and prospects for future enhancements.

• Analyze product performance, metrics related to adoption, trends in issues, and impacts on users.

• Manage readiness for implementation, devise testing strategies, plan communication, approach training, and provide hypercare support.

• Coordinate participation in testing, monitor reported issues, maintain logs for readiness, identify risks or gaps, and assist in preparation for releases.

• Collaborate with product teams, operations, development, regional leadership, support staff, and business partners to align priorities and facilitate delivery.

• Provide updates on status, risks, and insights regarding adoption to leadership and operational teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of work experience.

• Relevant prior work experience.

• Strong skills in communication and interpersonal interactions.

• Capability to translate product specifics, readiness status, risks, and action items into concise updates.

• Excellent skills in time management and project management.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and collaborative tools.

• Ability to generate documentation, process flows, presentations, reports, project trackers, and shared resources.

• Competency in utilizing data, feedback, product knowledge, and operational insights to make informed recommendations.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple workstreams concurrently.

• Experience in the business travel or travel management sector is advantageous.
