This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Oversee the long-term product roadmap in alignment with a comprehensive business strategy.
• Formulate product strategies by analyzing personas, use cases, customer advantages, and solution value propositions.
• Ensure the execution of business strategies through effective product roadmaps.
• Lead collaborative efforts to manage and prioritize product roadmaps and releases across various products.
• Constructively resolve conflicts as they arise.
• Guarantee that product teams comprehend the necessary business outcomes and align them with wider business objectives.
• Identify and monitor evergreen KPIs and performance metrics.
• Facilitate discussions and provide coaching to product teams and stakeholders to identify gaps and enhance delivery.
• Ensure that KPIs yield essential business value.
• Prioritize and arrange roadmap outcomes within capacity constraints to optimize customer value.
• Regularly engage with customers and users to discover their needs and translate these into tested and refined product hypotheses.
• Collaborate with product teams to devise and implement operational plans.
• Investigate industry best practices and emerging trends.
• Acquire, maintain, and apply in-depth knowledge of the business, products, and processes.
• Recruit, nurture, and maintain a high-performing team.

• Directly supervise approximately 1–4 product owners.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of relevant business experience, including roles such as product manager, product owner, or a similar position.
• Understanding of iterative development fundamentals and software development processes and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Agile Product Management, stakeholder management, market and user research, technology management, and process design.
• High level of organization and meticulous attention to detail.
• Passionate about and knowledgeable in new technology and trends.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
• Strong facilitation and executive communication abilities.
• Certified Product Manager or equivalent certification preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Capability to manage and resolve conflicting priorities.
• Experience in developing and executing product strategy based on value, outcomes, metrics, and measurements.
• Expertise in product management tools, techniques, and principles throughout discovery, design, build, release, and measurement cycles.
• Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with user interface design and usability best practices.
• Experience working on large, complex organizational initiatives.
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
